3. Business-User Website
The website is intended for legitimate business and professional use by persons acting for themselves or with appropriate authority on behalf of an organisation. You are responsible for ensuring that your access and submissions comply with applicable law and your organisation’s internal authority requirements.
4. General Information Only
Website content provides general corporate, product, procedural and compliance information. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, regulatory, technical, inspection, banking or other professional advice.
5. No Offer, Allocation or Contract
Nothing on the website, including product descriptions, indicative procedures, benchmark references, capacity statements or delivery information, constitutes:
- A binding offer, acceptance, allocation, quotation, commitment or warranty.
- Confirmation that a product, refinery allocation, price, volume, specification, route, delivery slot or financial structure is available.
- A guarantee that an RFQ, counterparty, transaction, financial instrument or proposed procedure will be accepted.
- A commitment by Forworx to enter into, arrange, finance, approve or complete a transaction.
- The creation of a client, fiduciary, agency, partnership, joint-venture or other professional relationship.
A transaction can arise only from authorised written commercial documentation, completion of required due diligence, internal approval and execution of definitive agreements by authorised representatives. In the event of inconsistency, the executed agreement governs.
6. RFQ Submission
Submission of an RFQ is an invitation for Forworx to assess the request. It is not an order and does not oblige Forworx to respond, issue an offer, reserve product, disclose a supplier or accept a proposed procedure. You confirm that:
- The information submitted is accurate, current and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- You are authorised to submit the RFQ and supporting documents on behalf of the named organisation.
- The proposed activity, product, destination, payment method and counterparties are lawful.
- Documents submitted are authentic and may be verified with issuing bodies or appropriate service providers.
- You will promptly disclose any material change affecting the RFQ or due-diligence assessment.

8. Sanctions, Export Controls and Restricted Activity
You must not use the website or submit an enquiry in connection with unlawful activity, prohibited products, sanctioned persons, restricted destinations, evasion, circumvention, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or any activity that would expose Forworx or another participant to unlawful conduct. Forworx may decline or cease engagement where sanctions, export-control, banking, insurance, shipping or other legal or risk concerns arise.
9. Commercial Information and Pricing
Any pricing, benchmark, discount, specification, quantity, delivery term, timetable or procedure displayed or communicated before definitive agreement is indicative unless expressly identified as binding in authorised written documentation. Market conditions, supplier procedures, logistics, inspection, banking, insurance, sanctions and availability may change. Forworx is not responsible for decisions taken solely in reliance on preliminary or website information.
