1. Inquiry Submission
Each transaction begins with the submission of a formal Request for Quote (RFQ).
Buyers must specify:
- Product Type: Crude Oil, Jet A1, EN-590 Diesel, Mazut, gasoline, etc.
- Volume: monthly or total contract quantity.
- Delivery Terms: FOB, CIF, TTT, or TTV.
- Delivery Hub: Fujairah, Houston, or Rotterdam (where applicable).
Only verifiable and properly documented inquiries are accepted.

2. Buyer Accreditation
All buyers undergo a qualification and verification process prior to contracting, which includes:
- Complete KYC documentation,
- Corporate verification, and
- Confirmation of financial capacity.
Buyers shall demonstrate their nancial capacity and ability to issue internationally recognized financial instruments (SBLC, DLC, LC, BG, or MT103/23) through reputable banking institutions, where required by the transaction. This requirement ensures that Forworx engages exclusively with financially sound and compliant counterparties.
3. Contracting Process
Once a buyer is verified, Forworx issues the corresponding commercial offer in accordance with its refinery supply agreements. Each transaction follows defined contractual procedures, including:

• Issuance of SCO/ICPO,
• Verification of financial instruments, and
• Execution of the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
Independent inspection by SGS or equivalent agencies is conducted in accordance with the agreed SPA terms and delivery schedule.
4. Pricing
All pricing is indexed to internationally recognized benchmarks such as Platts, Argus, OPIS, or ICIS, and structured in line with agreed supply terms. Discounts may apply based on product type, contracted volume, and supply duration.
Forworx prioritizes long-term supply agreements — typically 12 months or more — and does not engage in speculative spot or trial transactions, ensuring stability, transparency, and reliability for all parties involved.

5. Logistics and Delivery
Upon execution of the SPA and confirmation of financial instruments, Forworx coordinates logistics, documentation, and inspection in full compliance with INCOTERMS and the governing supply contract.
Whether FOB, CIF, TTT, or TTV, deliveries are performed through key international hubs — including Fujairah, Houston, and Rotterdam— ensuring secure, timely, and fully verified fulfillment of contracted volumes.
6. Post-Transaction Support
Forworx’s commitment extends beyond physical delivery. We maintain active engagement with clients to address operational matters, facilitate repeat transactions, and support long-term cooperation.
This continuity strengthens trust, transparency, and durable business relationships across all markets we serve.
